Bristol art
I’ve coming back from a refreshingly variated visit to England. Not only to Derby and Atjazz but on to Bristol and Luke aka Type (who did “The PL” together with JB).

Type Sun & Sundown
So today I was going home through gigantic Heathrow Airport. And I had done a bit of homework, at least enough to know that there was a Wagamama Restaurant in terminal 5 and a Krispy Kreme donuteria in terminal 3 (where I was travelling from). So I went past my actual stop and on to terminal 5, only to discover that Wagamama’s was on the other side of security, which disabled me from getting there.

So, on to terminal 3,past security and passport control, only to find out that Krispy Kreme was NOT on that side of security! What to do, what to do? I really wanted my original glazed donut, so I simply had to walk all the way around through arrivals, baggage claims, imigration services - who I got into a spidery and mighty confusing conversation with regarding where I was coming from and why I was at the imigration in the uk without travelling, having to confess how much trouble I was really prepared to go through just to get my donut.
Finally, after a detour of a good fourty minutes, I arrived at Krispy Kreme’s and got my sugary donut from obesity heaven - bliss.

A bonus was also that I got a bit of duck dumpling and kobe beef sashimi, teamed up with an ice cold Asahi at Yo Sushi to make up for the lack of a Wagamama. Now, I’m enjoying the sunny top side of the world in a Scandinavian Airlines seat, waiting to go home to my girl and pat her on her belly, just four weeks from giving birth now.
Next weekend: Poland.
Cheers

PS.Thanks ever so much, Nick, Martin and Luke for all the kindness, food (those two curries were really something Martin), pints and creativeness! See you all soon again.

Outlook from the Vegan Lesbo cafe where I had breakfast the first morning in Bristol.
